CAN I VOTE ABSENTEE? Yes, you can, and so can your kids if they're away at college.
Voting from home, or "voting by absentee ballot," is convenient. Anyone can vote from home prior to the election, and you do not need a specific reason to do so.

Important Voter Resources
IMPORTANT DATES:

Military & Overseas Absentee Voting: Begins March 21

Deadline to Register to Vote: April 7 (Boards open until 9:00 p.m.)

Early In-Person Voting: April 8 and includes the Saturday and the Sunday before Election Day.

Absentee Voting By Mail: Begins April 8

Election Day: May 6 (Polls Open 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.) If not returned by mail, absentee ballots must be received by your board of elections by 7:30 p.m.
